We live in Cour-Cheverny, and we lend out the family house.
The family house
La Bervinière is an old farm that we restored. We have been letting it for eight years, and we live next door. What we want is simple: that you feel at home, that the quiet does you good, and that your family or your friends keep a good memory of it. It is still a country house.
How we reply
We answer every enquiry, usually within the hour. Response rate recorded on 2 September 2026: 100 %.
In practice: in winter the fire is lit when you arrive. At Christmas the tree stands in the hall. During the heatwave one summer we bought an inflatable paddling pool for one family's children. It is not a service, it is just how we welcome people.

Charly, the dog
Charly is a shepherd cross. He lives here, he is gentle with everyone, and he will happily walk round the garden with you. He is also the reason we do not take cats.
