Rates and rental conditions
The rates for the house and for the bed and breakfast rooms, and what is added on top.
The whole house and the first floor

Prices HT
The amount depends on the period; we confirm it with your dates.
Minimum stay: two nights during the year, five to seven nights during the school holidays. Rates may go up over the festive season and on long weekends.
The bed and breakfast rooms

Prices HT
The column "Bedroom on the first floor" means one bedroom only. Breakfast is extra, at €12 per person.
Cleaning, linen and deposit
Cleaning and linen are charged at €200 excluding tax on top, for the whole house or the first floor. That amount covers the linen only: please leave the house clean.
We ask for a security deposit of €1,500 by cheque, which we return as soon as we can after you leave.
Animals
Dogs are welcome, at €12 per night per animal. We do not take cats.
The tourist tax
A local tourist tax is added to the price of the stay.
What is included
The beds are made up when you arrive. Sheets, towels, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer are provided.
Arrival between 17:00 and 21:00. Departure before 14:00.
Firewood: €40 per half-stère, the French measure of stacked wood.
