The welcome
An excellent family weekend for my parents-in-law's 70th birthday. I have rarely been looked after by a host as attentive as Savina. She and her husband really want us to have a good stay and do everything they can.
We spent a few wonderful days with Savina and Christophe. A very warm welcome, with the fire lit and a delicious afternoon tea.
Savina loves her house and takes great pleasure in sharing it. From the booking onwards the contact was very friendly, and it turned into real friendship the moment we arrived and throughout our far too short stay.
A very pleasant welcome from the hosts. […] An excellent stay around a long table to celebrate Christmas, with a lovely touch: the Christmas tree was standing in the hall when we arrived.
A big thank you to Savina for her welcome gift, which everyone appreciated!
The quiet
It is ideally placed and very quiet. The house is pleasant and has an authentic feel that won us over.
In wonderfully quiet surroundings, the house is pleasant, spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped.
An exceptional setting: quiet, silence and the finest Loire châteaux close by, all at once.
The house with the family
The house is warm and full of life, and for families with children it is really great to have books and games to hand.
Everything we needed for a good weekend in the country with the family (11 of us) was there. The kindness of the host, the charm of a big country house, the huge fireplace, everything young children need…
We were a group in our thirties looking to get together again after Covid. […] This house is perfectly suited to children. The garden is properly secure and so are the stairs.
A very fine building, full of history and character, in green surroundings. Our group of nine friends was looking for somewhere quiet and authentic to get together, and it was ideal.
The garden and the children
The garden is big (perfect for the Easter egg hunt!) and beyond the walled garden you are in the fields, so no stress at all with the children and the dog!
The garden is beautiful, with a trampoline, a swing and the tennis court so everyone can let off steam without going anywhere. […] We loved the evenings by the fire after long days out cycling, visiting châteaux and going to Beauval Zoo.
She even gave our children an inflatable paddling pool to cope with a heatwave, which they loved.
